We have been coming here years. The PT therapists are the great. Not so much OT and had a bad experience with Speech. The PT therapists are all very good. The issue is all the cancelations. Not by just one specific therapist but they all cancel appointments all the time. What makes it worse is you book months in advance, they cancel often the day of the appointment, and then they can only reschedule you in 3 more months. So you are waiting 6 months for a PT session?? I've had an amazing care at Loma Linda outpatient rehab over the last 7 months. I can't say enough about the care and professionalism I've received from Melissa R. and Jenny G. they are the absolute best.
Special thanks to Dr. Victoria Tran for her exceptional work with dry needling, and trigger point inj . It's making a notable difference in managing my upper left trap muscle spasm. While there have been a couple of episodes, each flare-up has been managed successfully. My physical therapist is impressed with the progress, reflecting the effectiveness of the treatment.
