Staff are nice and friendly.
horrible customer service. they will not help to communicate what they need from you or your docs office. you spend an hour on the phone trying to figure it out. they do not transfer to the correct department like they say they will. or they just rudely hang up on you. do they get any training?? i feel like all those customer service ladies that are answering the phones attempting to schedule appointments and the referral department need some serious assistance in matters of customer service. 10/10 would not recommend this h... read more
We have been coming here years. The PT therapists are the great. Not so much OT and had a bad experience with Speech. The PT therapists are all very good. The issue is all the cancelations. Not by just one specific therapist but they all cancel appointments all the time. What makes it worse is you book months in advance, they cancel often the day of the appointment, and then they can only reschedule you in 3 more months. So you are waiting 6 months for a PT session??
