Dr. Zouros has been my son’s neurosurgeon since birth. We have been through 17 brain surgeries with him. I can’t say enough how much we owe him my son’s life! He is able to explain things so it is easy to understand what is going on, he isn’t afraid to discuss options back and forth with parents, and most importantly he doesn’t let his ego get in the way, unlike many other pediatric specialists.
My daughter in bed B was life flight to Loma Linds & received the worse care. ICU not private rooms, no privacy other people visiting the man in bed A got to see all my daughter private parts of her body because the would never pull curtains. When I pulled because 2 visitors man were looking at my daughter vagina. The nurse got mad open it. Nurses called my daughter crazy. Isn’t if saying agitated each time her life support was taken off. I have sickle cell anemia and anyone who has this disease knows how hard it is to get a vein so I have a power port that is used for distributing medication and blood transfusions etc , and if you have a port you also know that it needs to be flushed once a month so it doesn’t clot , well I’m admitted to the east campus and they refused to use my port I asked why and even the nurses didn’t know why so when I asked to speak to the doctor none of them came in and talked to me this hospital is trash
You really don’t know how good you have it with Kaiser until you visit this place. Bad communication and worst experience. Take your PPO elsewhere.

Horrible service specially from doctors in labor and delivery dr. Marquez i thought this hospital was like Ucla but no worst service 1000 times LA hospitals.
I don't know if I had lice when I had a heart attack and admitted to Loma Linda, but I was in until December 19 2016 and I definitely had lice and scabies when I was released. What kind of dirty hospital operates like that? I WAS IN FOR 2 MONTHS, HOW DOES LOMA LINDA OPERATE LIKE THEY DO?
