Called to schedule an appointment for first time patient. It took 4 receptionist for me to say "DO NOT TRANSFER ME AGAIN!" So she can put my information in. By the 5th person transfered she said "I don't have you in the system " ....all very helpless!!!! I got a call from my Dr saying physical therapy got approved by the insurance and ALL the receptionist "don't" have access to the information. WTH Stephanie, Maritza, Christine...and the other two !!!
Quiero darle las gracias a todo el personal de este hospital especialmente al Doctor Lee, el fue muy amable y atento con mi Hijo Lenny el pasado Jueves 02/26/26 tubo cirugia de corazon , jamaz olvidare cuando dijo que trataria a mi hijo como si fuera el suyo. Visito a mi Hijo incluso al dia siguiente cuando era su dia libre . Me senti muy confortable. Especialmente cuando son momentos dificiles cuando tienen que someter a tu hijo a cirugía.
