Pedriatic clinic
I brought my nephew here today and my nephew is Hispanic and black . He is my blood nephew and I have custody of him . Anyhow when they made the appointment Noone asked me or told me that I needed to bring my custody papers . I just went to the other loma Linda location and they seen my name in the system and only asked for my ID. Anyhow these were all Hispanic females at windows I feel they were being racist and I will be contacting the higher ups . They NEVER answer the damn phones. Had to make an appointment and hard to reschedule one because again. NO. ONE. ANSWERS. THE. PHONES.
