I get that this is a teaching hospital but seriously the wait times are ridiculous. How do you not have another doctor working overnights in the er to help with these times. Even a physician assistant would be helpful to order scans or administer medication for those that need it. I’ve seen so many people with computers to do intakes or charts but seriously have to take forever on one patient. You know the worst part about Loma Linda? If you call and tell them you’ll be 10 minutes late, they’ll have to reschedule you, or sometimes they’ll have to change your appointment but don’t tell you until you’ve arrived at your appointment. On top of that, they don’t care about making you wait an hour or so after your appointment before being seen.

This place is a legit joke went to the emergency room and was in the lobby for 18 hours to be moved to a hallway bed. I will never in my life be back to this hospital the staff is a joke and the hospital is a joke. I will only be going to Pomona valley from now on.
