I worked at LLUMC and have been a patient, along with family members and we've been taken care of in a wonderful way.
My mother was in a active (sickle cell anemia crisis) they made her wait 4 hrs in ER lobby the staff was not caring or understanding to her pain !!! I hated the service!!!
Been in the pediatric ER since 10 am. Finally at 2pm a Nurse finally came in to say they are waiting on a room at another facility. Still haven’t seen a regular Dr. the nurse that has been watching my daughter has been complaining to another nurse in front of us, that she wishes my daughter would hurry up and go away so she can go home early... really!!!!!! An attendant came by to say my husband was outside waiting.( my husband is deceased)... no one has communicated anything.. even have one nurse that keeps mad dogging me..... read more
I've had some good experiences but one too many bad.
Loma Linda hospital is so much better than the hospital on Waterman and Highland.
The message for community members who are themselves suffering from epilepsy should attend a health facility for treatment. They will be councelled on what to do when they get an attack in terms of care and medication. The sufferers maybe family members or neighbours. There is need to see a doctor to make a diagnosis and manage the condition.
I have sickle cell anemia and anyone who has this disease knows how hard it is to get a vein so I have a power port that is used for distributing medication and blood transfusions etc , and if you have a port you also know that it needs to be flushed once a month so it doesn’t clot , well I’m admitted to the east campus and they refused to use my port I asked why and even the nurses didn’t know why so when I asked to speak to the doctor none of them came in and talked to me this hospital is trash
Es uno de los hospitales más modernos que he conocido, trato profesional y cálido.
