I had surgery today. The surgeon was great, staff was great before surgery. Everything went well with no complications or complaints. My issue was after surgery. I was not fully conscious from the surgery and they wheeled me out the door like that. I couldn’t even hold myself up. I had no idea what was happening and they loaded me in to the car like that. I could barely talk and move. Love the patient after care of this place. Made me feel as though they thought “Ok done, next! We need the bed, now get out!”
O my goodness there I almost know everybody, when you come in they say hi how you doing,?I love this place
Horrible wait time and communication with patients.. although appointments are in place. They don’t value your time, appointment was at 10:30am. Patient wasn’t operated on until 1:45pm! I understand setbacks happen however this should be addressed during check in! Multiple patients were checked while I was waiting and not once was it said that they were running behind. 3 hrs behind!!! Would not recommend this place if you value your time.
I had eye surgery yesterday. If I could give this surgical institute a 20-star rating, I would. ALL of the personnel were friendly, patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and did I mention patient? I must have asked over 40 questions of various personnel and all of my questions were listened to, heard, and replied in English -- not med-speak. I just can't rate this organization highly enough.
Very unprofessional would not recommend.
