Absolutely beautiful place visually, the property is clean and the apartments are gorgeous. The staff here are very kind and professional and the neighbors are absolutely wonderful. I do think the rose garden needs to be monitored more often during the day and night and so do other neighbors i've conversed with. Ive seen the same people regularly hanging out in the rose garden smoking more than cigarettes who clearly aren't 55 or older and have been hanging around here for some time. I want to especially comment on maintenance today, and Rigoverto Arceo in particular. I had a problem with a broken shower head and Rigo was professional and personable in responding. He was responsive and efficient in installing a new one, demonstrating concern about my safety. All of the maintenance guys are hard working . I appreciate that. Today I felt Rigo went a step beyond that! Thank you again, Rigo!
The management has people in maintenance breaking into apartments and stealing things,,, and they put listing devices and cameras in my apartment,,,
I recently moved to another building, and since my move, I have been extremely happy. I absolutely love my unit and it is very cozy, private, and truly feels like home. I sincerely appreciate how the entire team worked with me to make this move happen. Their support, professionalism, and dedication did not go unnoticed, and I am incredibly thankful for all of their efforts. The team truly does an outstanding job, and I am grateful to be part of such a well-managed community.
I signed my lease on February 19th and on February 20th I moved in. The leasing agent named Dianah made the whole process smooth and easy. I rented several apartments over the years and none of them have been as streamlined and efficient as this. She was very polite and she explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions thoroughly.
