Excellent customer service, cozy place, friendly staff. Diana was very helpful with my move in she made the process very easy. I love my new apartment and everyone in the office is very helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this place :)
I have lived here for over 6 years and the staff is amazing and very helpful. I love the active living life style. The landscaping is beautiful and the complex is peaceful. I can enjoy a peaceful walk around the complex or work out in the exercise room. The pools are well kept and one is heated. There is chair aerobics and many other activities to stay active with. I love it here! And the sunsets from the garden are amazing.
I have lived here just over 6 years & appreciate the office staff. Especially Bivianna, the Apts Mngr, She does a great job, is always nice & helpful. Dianna & Kasey are also nice to work with & do a great job as well I also always appreciate how cool Rigo,Maint.Suprvsr & the rest of the maintenance team are. They do a great job keeping up the big complex & how well they take care of apt issues that arise. Gabriella in housekeeping is always nice & does a great job cleaning up our building. :)
I needed help making an online payment and with a minor maintenance problem. The property manager Viviana took my call gave me instructions with my online payment and walked me through the maintenance problem. She solved both problems for me. Viviana also was available to assist when our parking spots were being sealcoated. She provided substitute parking and made the sure we were able to get back and forth. She goes out of her way to help the residents.
I am happy with my apartment. Just wish building would be cleaned better by maitenance. Also Management would do better at communicating with their senior tenants. I sometimes feel they do not respect the people that are renting from them.
