Great place to live!!
Absolutely beautiful place visually, the property is clean and the apartments are gorgeous. The staff here are very kind and professional and the neighbors are absolutely wonderful. We also have a lot of large dogs some aggressive living here not small, medium, large look like horses.

I do think the rose garden needs to be monitored more often during the day and night and so do other neighbors i've conversed with. Ive seen the same people regularly hanging out in the rose garden smoking more than cigarettes who clearly aren't 55 or older and have been hanging around here for some time. I want to especially comment on maintenance today, and Rigoverto Arceo in particular. I had a problem with a broken shower head and Rigo was professional and personable in responding. He was responsive and efficient in installing a new one, demonstrating concern about my safety. All of the maintenance guys are hard working . I appreciate that. Today I felt Rigo went a step beyond that! Thank you again, Rigo!
The management has people in maintenance breaking into apartments and stealing things,,, and they put listing devices and cameras in my apartment,,,
