I signed my lease on February 19th and on February 20th I moved in. The leasing agent named Dianah made the whole process smooth and easy. I rented several apartments over the years and none of them have been as streamlined and efficient as this. She was very polite and she explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I just wanted to leave a review for Viviana at Loma Linda Springs. She always has such a positive attitude and is willing to help in any way she can. My grandma Patty truly appreciates her, and so does our family.
Im very happy, this is the only second apt. I've lived in, i lived in my own homes, i am 74 and so comfortable living here, and happy, all the lady's in the office are patient with me and so polite. I highly recommend this place to my friends. All the workers are helpful, the maintenance guys are all top notch!
I love the landscaping thd landscapers work hard and very friendly. The office is welcoming and take concerns to hart. The house keeping is excellent as well.
