Hate to leave bad reviews, but they really earned it on this one. First, left multiple voicemails over a two week period with no call back. Then I finally reach someone in the office and ask them to look up my plan to verify and they couldn't get me off the phone fast enough just assuming that I wasn't covered. I have a PPO and you could have taken 30 seconds to verify. If I could have left zero stars I would! Unbelievable! Hubby and I have been patients for several years, always had good things to say about the doctors. Just saw them a few weeks ago and they didn’t bother to advise us that we were in the process of being dumped, along with all of their “non cancer, non Mohs surgery” patients! We called to make a routine appointment and were notified of this by office staff. You would think a little compassion and an advance notice might have been nice!
