Wow. If I could give them 0 stars I would. This place used to be amazing when Dr Macknet owned it. I took my son to see Dr Pizzifred, she guessed at his ailment, prescribed something and when it got worse and he couldn’t go to school, I made another appointment. My appt was at 1, I showed up at 1:07, which I called to let them know. We were immediately put into a room and told ten minutes. Referred by LLUMC in Loma Linda for a skin cancer lesion removal. Office was new, clean, very well situated. My physician Dr. Chow was absolutely wonderful. He explained the type of skin cancer I had, the two options for lesion removal, his advice, wound care instructions and explained this type of skin cancer would not spread. Will be going back in 6 months for followup.
Hate to leave bad reviews, but they really earned it on this one. First, left multiple voicemails over a two week period with no call back. Then I finally reach someone in the office and ask them to look up my plan to verify and they couldn't get me off the phone fast enough just assuming that I wasn't covered. I have a PPO and you could have taken 30 seconds to verify.
