friendly and prompt service. However I'm extremely dissatisfied with the fact I was billed $180 for the technician driving time to pick up our part. It would be one thing if this was discussed with us beforehand. But the end result was maybe 30 minutes of work and a 75 dollar part got me a $425 bill which I had to fight to get itemized.
