We’ve had a bit of an unlucky run with our AC, but the customer service and support have been nothing short of wonderful. They always take good care of us and are so wonderful to work with. It’s why we’ve been customers of theirs for years!
I have another review from 3 years ago (username nickname) and I'm still using the same company. You know when you go to a new mechanic and there's a problem and they scam you and charge hundreds for something you don't need because you have no idea how the car works.. .. this company is the opposite of that. friendly and prompt service. However I'm extremely dissatisfied with the fact I was billed $180 for the technician driving time to pick up our part. It would be one thing if this was discussed with us beforehand. But the end result was maybe 30 minutes of work and a 75 dollar part got me a $425 bill which I had to fight to get itemized.
