I was there about 1 year ago, after my Kidney transplant. Most of the Cna, were rude and not very attentive, same with most of the nurses, they were afraid to go to my room, since they had me on Isolation, that was for my protection , they didn't seem to know much about Kidney care. They would take forever to come and assist me , it was a terrible experience, never want to go back there!!!
Our family is deeply grateful for the incredible care my mom received during her stay at East Campus inpatient rehabilitation following a brain bleed. From housekeeping, kind front desk workers, PCA's, nurses, and therapists, every staff member played a vital role in making her experience not only healing but also genuinely heartwarming.
