On June 4 I was referred to Lily’s Optical through my insurance(Ambetter). I was told that before receiving any service they would have to check my Ambetter visual benefits. I gave the employee all my information and she informed me that she would call me back because the Doctor was not available and she was the only person in charge of checking insurance benefits.
