Well, the cooked pincher bug in the burrito we ordered was not a welcomed ingredient. I know this stuff happens, but to make us pay for the entire bill when we were too grossed out to eat was ridiculous. I think I'm good on returning.

Amanda let me start by saying how sorry we are about this incident. We did take off for the wet burrito. We dropped the ball though on not communicating with you and allowing you to leave unhappy. I was not there that night and perhaps it would have been handled better. We will make this right to your satisfaction. I will contact you off social media. Hopefully you will reconsider coming back.
I was so full after eating there. The food, staff, and atmosphere is great.
