In the middle of me trying to book an appointment after going back and forth through text messages, as soon as I am about to book they respond “ someone just took this slot” , after we discussed a certain time. This company is a waste of time.
Lolli Maids is fantastic! They are incredibly professional and always come with all their own supplies, which is a huge convenience. The management is also top-notch: the manager always texts when the team is en route, and any quick texts about issues are handled immediately. They're my go-to cleaning service. Great company—highly recommend!
I had a fantastic experience with Lollimaids! The team (Hannah and Andrea) did a deep clean of my home, and the results truly lifted a weight off my shoulders. The primary bathroom, in particular, was transformed — I honestly didn’t think it could ever look that clean again. They always do a great job leaving my place sparkling clean!
I’ve been using this company for nearly two years, but I’ve finally decided to stop. The quality of the cleanings has been inconsistent, and when I specifically requested a certain cleaner, I was met with resistance. I’ve reached the point where I’m tired of paying for a service that isn’t meeting my expectations, so I’ve switched to a different company. I tried to give them a heads-up about my frustrations, but today was my last day with them.
