They have a ton of really cute unique stuff and the staff is crazy knowledgeable when it comes to food and treats.
Lola and Penelope's is super cute and has everything you could need for your dog or cat! Erin, one of the sales associates, is super sweet and is very knowledgeable about all the products and services! This was my first visit and I'll definitely be back!

This is honestly one of the cutest pet stores I've ever seen! The employees are all super great at showing you what foods and toys work best for your pets, the food is all crazy high quality, and my cats have been healthier since I've been getting them food and treats from Lola and Penelope's! They also did a crazy good job of grooming my golden retriever. She shed a LOT less afterwards! This is really such a Saint Louis gem for any pet parent!

We love our groomer Hannah! Roxi is very very very selective about groomers and Hannah is so amazing with her!!! Plus I enjoy picking them up and getting some goodies at the same time!
We couldn't be happier with the care and attention that our 2 babies received on their first visit today for grooming. Everyone was super attentive and very welcoming, making us and our babies feel right at home. The grooming and haircuts for both our shih-tzus were amazing and I would highly recommend Lola & Penelope's to everyone. Thanks again to all who made this day wonderful.
Very very warm and loving place to leave your pet. Staff very friendly and the pets seems to be less agitated coming out as to the previous grooms I've patronized .
Davis loved his toy you suggested for him and of course he and Harlow love their healthy food! Thanks for being super fab!
