Lola & Penelope's customer service is just outstanding! When an order didn't arrive when it should have, Laura went out of her way to make sure a replacement order arrived with 1-1/2 days. I'm in Virginia, but I sure wish I were closer so my 9 year old Yorkie, Spike, could enjoy the spa and other services! Really happy I found Lola & Penelope's.
