Lola & Penelope's customer service is just outstanding! When an order didn't arrive when it should have, Laura went out of her way to make sure a replacement order arrived with 1-1/2 days. I'm in Virginia, but I sure wish I were closer so my 9 year old Yorkie, Spike, could enjoy the spa and other services! Really happy I found Lola & Penelope's.

Horrible Customer Service – My husband and I have been loyal customers to Lola and Penelope's for over a year. We purchased everything from pet food to toys and clothing. In March of 2008 we bought a Gooby brand suede harness that one of the customer assistants recommended for our dog. She assured us that if it does not work we can bring it back.
