LoLa`s first groom here and I am very impressed and so is Lola! Love this place and the staff is super friendly and helpful!
As a very picky first time puppy parent, we have not left our pup anywhere except here! Love the grooming service for puppies and even more so we love it's location-it's my husband and my date time at the nearby restaurants while our pup gets pampered!
I just stopped by the Town and Country location for the first time and absolutely loved this place! The staff was very friendly, interactive, and helpful in our search for treats for our German Shepherd (which she absolutely loved, by the way). Thank you so much for taking great care of us!
This amazing place took the best care ever of my little Lucy Girl IV!!! She had such a great time there and the team made her feel so special! As we were wrapping up one staff member mentioned my other Yorkie Petey as she had cared for him in the past. That is proof that they love and care for our pets!!! They wrote us a sweet note and asked about both pets and invited us back! We will be back very soon!!! Lucy is counting down the days!
Great selection of toys and treats and very nice customer service
My pup and I are frequent shoppers, but today was his first grooming. Everyone at Lola & Penelope's is amazing, kind, and they will take great care of your dog! He looks and smells great after his grooming, and he even got a very cute baseball bandanna. We will be back for sure! Great store and great dog spa ��
