I TERRIBLE grooming! Razor burns on pet's stomach, one ear left uncleaned, and last, but not least, when I got my pet home, i reached out to pet her..... She squinted her eyes and turned her head as though she thought I was going to hit her!!!! In my mind, since NEVER has she done that,.....The only conclusion to me?.......She was abused at ............ LOLA and PENELOPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While we lived in Chesterfield, we were frequent shoppers at the Town and Country location. Now that we have moved away, I decided to place an order online for my dog, Enzo’s upcoming birthday. I am so glad that I did! They responded to my order within minutes of it being placed, to let me know that an item was out of stock but they would happily replace it with something or refund me my money. Clyde ❤️’s Lola & Penelope’s collars and more!
We just love Lola and Penelope’s!! We have been bringing our two golden retrievers here for the past year and a half and we won’t take them anywhere else!! They always come out looking and smelling soooo good!! Their groomers love our boys like their own, and do such a wonderful job. Tiff always makes them look their best!! Our only complaint is that they don’t have a location closer to home! 😜
