I will never go here again! This older lady did the design how I wanted but did not do the correct process for my gel x nails. The usually put a powder over the nail. She did not do that at all. Just set the nails then painted them. She even cut my cuticles 3 times to where they were bleeding. I ask for alcohol multiple times and was not given any till the end. I was in pain for most of the appointment. Then had the nerve to charge 70 dollars. Never again.

They don’t tell you prices up front they over charged at the and scammed. Won’t be bring my girlfriend back here I feel they charge depending on how much they want to charge you.

They are usually Professional but there’s this one lady who I think is the manager that is super rude and talks about the customers in front of them. I am a student so I can’t spend money freely and I deny extra services like scrubs and she rolls her eyes and starts to say something in her language. She’s always dressed nice and has her makeup done but she has ugly personality! I’ve gone here for the past 2 years and she is continuously rude to customers thinking they don’t understand her. I like coming here but last time they did a poor job. Some nails are missing chrome and I asked a guy to change the color and he said no. He had only painted one nail
