I haven’t had dinner at Lola since 2014. It was “okay,” then. I’ve had brunch there several times over those five years, and it is reliably fantastic. Had dinner there tonight. The remodel is delightful, the staff is engaged and caring. The food is better than it used to. By a MILE. Have the uniquely prepared short rib. The lobster enchiladas are an incredible, carefully-prepared, rich treat. And, since the closing of Biblioteca, this is the only place to find ALL of the tequilas in Denver.
