Purchase car on 10/30. Problems. Been trying to get hep for over a month. Sent an email to the service manager Keith and also to the general manager on 11/10/20. We were lied to about the service needed and when we called them out, it turns out the car had nothing wrong with it. They were repeatedly lying to us about the status of the vehicle and attempting to charge us for service that would never have been performed. The way the Mechanic and the service adviser were colluding it felt very much like an attempted theft by deception. I've been a loyal leasing customer with Lokey KIA for 4yrs (2 car leases). While attempting to trade in current (2nd) lease for a vehicle upgrade and enter into a third consecutive lease, I've faced gross incompetence and poor customer service on two different attempts with two different salesman. They talk alot but do nothing , 1200 miles on a optima and paint chipping and rust, it has been there since 3-20-20 and still not resolved, this is the worst dealer or maybe it is KIA

when i talked to this customer i told him i would put him in a vehicle in which i did because the warranty process to get paint and body repair can take time with Kia approving the repair and the body shop getting the job done car was completed today and returned back to us and the customer will be called or has already been called to pick up. this is not Lokey's fault for paint defect and rust we have to provide pictures and info to Kia before Kia will approve repairs
Called in several times to see what was holding up my trade in from being paid off. Each time got a generalization statement that I need to wait up to 30 days. Not even the USAA loan processed after 2 weeks. (Ok, they don't want to get paid.) I made 2 payments on the trade in vehicle. Then finally 1.5 months later they called and need a 10 day pay off because they need to do something with the title of the traded in vehicle. I am sorry for the complications you experienced. Normally, when a vehicle is financed with the same lender as a payoff, the bank will "net fund" the loan. USAA did not net fund this loan. The payoff check for the original amount was sent overnight 12/13, USAA should have applied it to your account.
