Had a system installed 2 years ago and they employees were very nice and professional. However, last week I had water pouring out of one of the heads and onto my floor/ carpet (large about of water). I called the company and they came out and stated the "drain was clogged" (only after 2 years). They cleared the drain and started working again. I was then hit with a $145.00 dollar bill for labor? I asked wasn't the system under warranty and they stated that only the parts were (isn't the drain a PART?) The system poured water... read more
