I’ve used a lot of companies like thread logic and Rush order tees in the past, but I am really happy to have found a local father son family owned business that produces better quality and from my experience this actually ends up being more cost-effective per unit. I needed about 10 shirts on a same day rush order, and Billal was able to help me with this and the quality turned out phenomenal. Highly highly recommend.
Love the team here. Father son family business and incredible work. I’ve used big companies like threadlogic and rushordertees, but this product is so much better. They were even able to do same-day rush order.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel others should know. I came in for a simple printing job that this business had completed for me before. Instead of explaining their policies professionally, the employee immediately dismissed me, saying they don’t do orders less than 48 numbers, while they have done that for me before, and that he was “not going to break his machine” for me. Working with logo max for my brands merch was amazing, Riaz & bilal understood the vision perfectly, and executed perfectly. They helped with the embroidery and the printing, and packaged it amazingly for my brand! Super recommend!
AVOID Logo Max if you need embroidery done correctly and on time. I ordered a graduation sash and provided clear instructions for the embroidery. Logo Max embroidered my sash incorrectly by swapping the placement of my name and major. When I contacted them, they admitted the mistake and told me that attempting to remove the embroidery would likely damage the sash, effectively ruining it.
