Every item has been in perfect condition and better than anticipated. The cross body bags are snug and have plenty of pockets, backpack coolers kept foods cold for over 24hrs in 90 degree weather, the cable knit blankets are the softest blankets I’ve ever snuggled in. The puppy loves the blankets too. The staff friendly and knowledgeable. The staff (an actual person) was easy to contact. 10/10.
