Recently, I purchased a grill set as an anniversary gift through Sam’s Club, but it was never processed or shipped. I opted to wait for a replacement, and Sam’s Club promptly ordered another. Regrettably, this replacement was also never shipped. Subsequently, I ordered a beach towel from Sam’s Club, but I was unaware that it was a logo brand product. I am confident that this product will also not be shipped. I strongly advise against engaging with this company.
Every item has been in perfect condition and better than anticipated. The cross body bags are snug and have plenty of pockets, backpack coolers kept foods cold for over 24hrs in 90 degree weather, the cable knit blankets are the softest blankets I’ve ever snuggled in. The puppy loves the blankets too. The staff friendly and knowledgeable. The staff (an actual person) was easy to contact. 10/10.
