I could not have been more pleased with our pick up from Orlando airport and drive to our hotel at Universal Studios. Nasir was waiting at baggage claim with a sign with my name on it. He was so polite, professional and just a nice man. We stopped at the Publix for some water and snacks for our hotel and then on to our hotel. His vehicle was clean and comfortable…a new 2025 Escalade! Thank you Nasir to a great beginning to our adventure in Orlando!
Eyob was our driver very nice and friendly. Great service!
Driver, Jean, was super helpful! On time, did not rush us with our quick stop en route, and helped us to our room with stuff. He went over and beyond!!!! Hugs and thank you!!!
