Funny how your guys' own ER referred my boyfriend to you guys and you've done nothing but add to his stress. All we needed was your help! Thats what is expected of your facility. It drives me insane how much patient care is no longer important. I hate how every person just becomes another number on a chart. Get them in, get them out, prescribe as little as possible, help as little as possible, and then make them someone else's problem. Wouldn't even grace me with a single day being pain free. Tired of feeling this every day single day, and you were supposed to help me. Oh, and thanks for inforning me that 3 year olds are able to cath themselves and dont complain like I do. Really worked wonders for my self esteem. With that being said, my nurse was amazing. Only reason why I gave you two stars instead of one. Just kidding, after further communication with the NP, 1 star.
I came here on a referral from another doctor. I only saw Dr Patel twice. The NP prescribed a string of meds that did nothing for me. I had a few procedures done that had no effect. Have to wait 3-4 weeks between every appointment/procedure. Nurses don’t bother to help the patient. Insurance claims sent incorrectly, outside referrals haven’t been sent. Poor communication between nurse and NP. Seems they all just check the boxes and push the pencil. Common for Logansport Memorial Hospital.
