Sat there waiting to have a server come over. We had to get up fine someone to get us our server. The server stated he did not know that we were his table. Took 20 min to get our drinks and did not take our order till after someone else brought us our drinks. He then asked if we needed anything else or desert we said no thanks. New York Strip was way too thin. Worst steak I've ever had. No seasoning or flavor.
Original post- gave 2 stars: Our hostess hates his job & it shows. Our waiter was great! Very sweet and attentive! Food was so-so. Nothing to brag about. Some others around us complained about the wait time after ordering. Being a Sunday at noon we were surprised that the place was pretty empty. Worst service. Placed a carry out order for an appetizer. Was told it would be 15 minutes. Got to Logan's 15 minutes later. Was then told they wanted to make sure it was fresh and that it would be another minute (this is code for a mistake was made but I guess you can't admit that in customer service anymore). I waited another 15 minutes and still did not receive my order. At that point I had to leave and head back to work. Entire lunch hour wasted
