No one said Hello when we arrived, seated with a poor, overworked waitress. Ribs were bad, chicken was tough, long waits. Hosts/Hostesses just stood around chatting, very unprofessional kids. Will not be wasting money there again.
Horrible service. Wait staff too busy socializing. My husband ordered the grilled meatloaf. He has ordered it many times there and loves it. This time it was different. The onions were raw, not grilled. We had no silverware at our table and I asked the waitress for some when she brought our salad. 10 minutes later still no silverware. I loudly said "Some silverware would be nice!" Husband ordered chili and it was brought out with the meal, not ahead of time. I don't typically leave bad reviews but, I've been here a few times and, it was bad enough each time that I actually just stopped going.
I was seated and no one acknowledged that I was sitting there. People came in after me and was waited on. I left and that was my first time going to a Logan's and my last!!!! Went to O' Charley's and was seated and served immediately! Logan's wasn't even busy.
Horrible service! Won't be back anytime soon. Not friendly at all.
