Haven't ate logans in forever went with my best friend and my bf. The waiter was very RUDE. He acted like he was bothered the whole time. We asked questions about stuff on menu and he was like I'm not corporate I just work here I don't make the rules and so on . We ordered a drink and appetizer service was so AWFUL we decided to get our ticket and just leave. Never again will I go back. Fantastic service people were great. We go a lot never have we had a problem. Food was fantastic cooked the way we liked.
The steak was tender cooked perfect and great taste and.the waitress was awesome
I called in my order was told 30 mins once I arrived in 30 mins waited another 30 mins !! My steak was over cooked , my baked potato was over cooked or old it was rubbery couldn't even mix my cheese with it that I was charged an extra charge for .99 for cause their baked potatoes only come with butter and sour cream !! Oh and you think the rolls would have at least been good ?!?! NO Horrible ! I could understand if they was busy but they wasn't ! I wasn't the only one complaining either about the wait , food etc !! I dined there yesterday as they saluted veterans and I was very well pleased with the service,hospitality,the welcoming,and last but by far not the least the meal it was delicious and the timing was perfect.. any place that offers veterans a free meal at any given time deserves a five star rating...hats off to Logan's job well done
