We eat at Logan's West about once a month. We have never had inadequate or bad service. The wait staff have always been attentive without being overbearing, our food has always been presented and cooked to our satisfaction, and the environment has not been too loud. We love this place and believe the manager, Molly does a superb job at her hiring practices with great young adults. Steak was dry and over cooked in places. (Porterhouse) Fries tasted like they had been in the warmer for an hour. Made me fresh ones. But did not get until I was almost finished. Mushroom skewer was cold and mushrooms still hard. Let's just say it was everything I have come to expect from Logan's. Waitress was good until the end but it took forever to get my check, pay and get out of there

Waitress was excellent but the porterhouse steak I had was terrible. Talked to the manager and it seemed like a customer's comments about the food were an inconvenience to her. Drove 2 hours one way to eat at Logan's as it used to be one of my favourite restaurants but won't be eating there again.

Wait staff was horrible after waiting a hour and a half to be seated (which we were it was going to be a 25 minute wait and there were empty tables!) 10 mins after we got out food our waiter asked us if we were ready for to go boxes my husband hadn't even took a bite out of his sides yet.

They have piss poor customer service. The staff needs some home training! I will not be visiting this establishment again.

They were on fake wait to begin with and took forever for our food to come. I told the host I had two kids and a baby and they put us in a booth with booster chair. It's gone way down hill since I worked there. Never again will I step foot in this place!
I was there last night with some family members. The food was good. The only regret I have is that they need to put all new chairs for all the tables and fix the tables so they do not tip back and forth.
