First and last time eating here. I ordered the ribs and steak combo. Steak was ok, broccoli and rice was great. My ribs tho, came out COLD. Waitress ordered me another, plate came back hot but ribs were still COLD. Obviously they were heated in a microwave..completely unacceptable. The manager kindly took the ribs of my order and apologized but it sill doesn't take away from the fact that two times I was served cold food.
Started off the evening by waiting almost a half hour to be seated, which was not a huge deal... However, once seated we promptly put in our orders. It took an HOUR to get our meals and by that time we were no longer hungry and asked for them to be boxed up.
