The flatiron steak all three of us ordered was so tuff, we left it on the plate. And left.
We ordered carry out for my husband's birthday since our daughter just recently broke her leg. The prime rib looked and tasted as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a week! It was close to beef jerky!! Extremely dry, over done and tough. My husband's steak had about 12 ounces worth of fat! I could not believe how horrible the steaks were when that is what they specialize in!!! With the amount of new restaurants that have developed near this location, you better step it up!!!!
On 12/26 after 4:30 pm. Food was good but service was horrible. The "bread plates" were dirty. Salad croutons were soft and chewy. First batch of rolls only had 2 in the basket and second batch contained 4. Someone else brought us our main meal. Server casually walked by and asked if everything was okay. NEVER got a drink refill and our server NEVER returned. Had to ask the bar tender to get our bill for us.
Late on Sunday Dec 6 open tables were visible but we had to wait 10 min for them to clear one. Once seated the table was sticky and dirty. We asked to have it wipes and she sprayed the table with our rolls and appetizers catching the mist. My wife's steak was undercooked and had to be sent back. Still paid full price. I think this area need another steak place. Maybe Outback
Always the best steak, great food, good service and a nice atmosphere. We go to Logan's when we want a really nice dinner out.
