I had the worst time tonight. Me and my family walked in (5 of us 3 if them kids) and we wait 10 mins to be seen by the manager who put us on the waiting list. We were the first placed on it, but we still saw plenty of open tables. Often we were sat we ordered. We got rolls 10 mins after we sat down, our appetizer about 20 mins later, then our food about 20 mins after that. I would rate it less than poor started out waiting an hh for 7 of us to sit and wasn't even busy the back half of the restaurant want even being used we asked the manager Amanda why we couldn't sit in the back she said they didn't have a waitress for the back not even 5 minutes later a party gets seated in the back worst service ever will not be back
Food was excellent steak should have been bigger and they could ask for my I'd and sang Happy Birthday to me.
3 strikes and we are done. Guess we will eat at Outback for now on

Huge thank you to the staff for a wonderful experience yesterday! My dad, who suffers from COPD and Parkinson's, enjoyed his lunch so much! It's been over 2 years since he has been in a restaurant because he's been worried about taking his oxygen, using a walker, etc. EVERYONE smiled and was very patient with him. I'm most grateful for Courtney who saw I was struggling helping him get out of his chair and came to assist. Worst service/food ever!! We waited over 45 minutes to get our food after everyone at the table had already eaten and then it wasn't even right.
