We always have great, quick service. The food is always delicious. So many choices! The value is awesome and if you get on their email list, they send you deals where you can save more money. And don't get me started on those rolls. OMG!!

I had a trainee waitress, she was quick with refills, quick with my order, stopped by numerous times to see how the food was, and gave me a to go container with a to go drink.
Good food and good service! But the music played was a little loud and out there! I wouldn't have minded it if it was a little quieter.

Yuck. Sorry. Let's do a praise sandwich: the service was really good. The food, however, was pretty marginal. My husband's fries were kind of mealy and undercooked, his fried fish seemed to have been made in a mold (uniform pieces) and in my salad it was hard to tell the croutons from the fried chicken. The women's bathroom was filthy, and I'm not super-picky but...it was gross. The peanuts were a nice touch.
Our server was awesome! My favorite place to eat! Food was just the way we ordered It! Glasses were quickly refilled.

Waitress was preoccupied with a couple dressed for a prom. She even took the time to take pictures of them as she neglected her tables. We had to ask to have refills, cheeseburger ordered came loaded not as ordered with just ketchup, mustard and onion. She wanted us to just flip the toppings into a basket. They remade the burger and it arrived 20 minutes later, but forgot the onions. They brought us 2 raw onion rings. A steak that was to be medium was very well done. Service was slow crappy. Didn't keep our drinks refilled. Gave us the wrong food. When told no lettuce tomato on burger Brought out the burger with both on it and then proceeded to ask if we just wanted to Flip it off into the basket. When told we couldn't have tomato cause of an allergy waitress replied oh. Worst experience ever.
