We love Logans in Portage. Our waitress in Lansing seemed preoccupied and had to ask her twice for plates after she brought dirty ones and remind her for extra bread. Took forever to get our check. Had to go find her to check out. She forgot our discount. Ribs and steak were tough. Not happy.
This place has the most shitty service ever! At 9pm not even busy.. Most staff are standing around texting. Sat their for over 10 minutes still no one came to our table. So I went to tell the manager and it took him forever to get out of his office. When I told him. He didn't seem surprised at all. Of course we left....
I have only been here a few times because of the prices but the stake is worth it. The dinner rolls were VERY yummy my steak was just right, ( I love that the guy asked us to cut into to see if it was right ) And my Husband said his surf and turf was very good. We went there to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and we were NOT disappointed The only problem I see was not enough butter on the sweet potatoe

Food was good, our waitress was on the ball but when it came time for her to pick-up our money she was missing in action. We had to ask another waiter to go get her so we could pay to leave

Excellent service, the server came by several times and food and drink was great. Also I was greet by the host, ask if I could sit in the bar area and said no problem bought me a menu and silver

We had a great time. It was our first visit. Steaks had amazing flavor , rolls were phenomenal . Our Server was kind and attentive. Salads were great, and loved the broc. Onion skins on top of steak were a nice touch 😎
Food is always amazing..Love The Bar Servers And Bartenders. Rolls are always yummy.

Love it. Steak and peppercorn chicken . Stop in every couple weeks. Always friendly staff. Wife loves frozen margarita. Get a free bag of nuts to go home with.
