Second time in a row I have went in and had salads come with my meal. So either I eat the salad and meal gets cold or skip the salad all together. When the manager made her rounds I mentioned it to her when she asked how everything was. She checked with the waitress and then came back and said she made a mistake....this is fine but don't ask if you aren't going to do anything about it. I will be going back to Outback. It's hit or miss when we visit Logan's I've always said " Stick with what you know" if you venture outside of that you might be �
We went to Logans to talk about our children's TWINS baby shower and my son's mother-in-law started choking on a piece of steak and the waitresses walked by didn't bother to help and I had to do the Heimlich on her to save her from choking to death. that other than that the food was really good but I just wish one of the workers there would have stepped in and help me
Our waitress was very good And will go back there every time and hopefully our waitress will be there
We visited last week and had a waiter named Jay, he wad awesome! Really made sure we were well taken care of! Came back last night and requested Jay and he once again did such an amazing job! We will deff be back when he is working!
Had a great experience. Staff sang happy birthday and spot lighted my mug! Lol. Then the staff and patrons all shouted yee haw!
Just ordered takeout. Waited over an hour - got food home (which I live right across the street) to freezing fries, cold queso dip, and a medium steak which over and over again I asked for well, well done. I called them to tell them the problem and after being on the phone waiting for the manager for 17 minutes I finally decided to hang up. I will never eat at this establishment again.
Great food and no wait...
The worst cooked filet I ever had...$18 dollar piece of belt hide....never going back
