went to Southgate, MI Logans Roadhouse for dinner today about 4:30pm we had an awesome server named Aaron this is the first of many times that we have visited this location and this is the first time we had a waiter instead of a waitress but he did an awesome job didn't have to wait for anything he was there with a smile! This is the first time we ever had an awesome server and food was cooked to order!
Worst waitress ever, way to go Gwen! Cold nachos, got ignored by the waitress and was snotty when addressing my wife.
I have been here before but never experienced what I did tonight. Ordered a carry out. Get home and open my daughter's bbq sauce for her chicken only to find a half empty container of bbq sauce with food already in it. I am disgusted. We called to speak to a manager, not asking for anything free or anything free in the future, just to let them know of the mistake.
