Had the 6oz Kansas City steak and lobster, baked potato w/asparagus.
I asked the hostess if my husband and i could sit up near the bar and was told "i only have high tops left and only 1 server up there it may take awhile to get your order" so we opted to be sat in the dining room. Right now i use crutches so being sat all the way in the back of the restaurant was hard for me. The food was cold and greasy. way to highly priced for the amount of food you get
Good food, nice 2/$14.99 meals featured every day, reasonable prices on their entrees
It would not let me post zero stars. The manager seems miserable which would explain the horrible morale of the staff. The food was terrible and the service was too. I am disgusted with our whole experience this evening. I paid a lot of money for crappy food and sub par service. Someone from upper management needs to come in and clean house and train the staff properly. Headquarters should be ashamed of this location
