I am here now and it is awful, an hour has gone by, now they are bringing the food, waitress never asked how we are doing, never got drink refills until we asked for a manager, never again will I come here, this place is awful !!!

Been coming here for years. Great ribs.....for a while. Quality has been going downhill. Thought we'd try again. There is an hour we'll never get back. Watched several couple come and go and we still were waiting for our meal. Disgraceful experience. More disappointed then mad. We've never had to wait this long. So long Logan's.

The waitress was so bad i did not to leave her a tip we asked her three timez for silver wear and steak sauce but the lady who was at the door helped us very sweet young lady we sat at the table right behind her sorry they should have more manners

I enjoyed my lunch as well as my dinner I went there about 3 or 4 times the waitress and the waiter was always cheerful not a bad experience and I hope not to have one because I really like Logan

Never again will I come back here! The waitress took forever to come to our table, she finally arrived with rolls, we got there at 6:45 pm and didn't get our food til 7:30 ish. Prime rib was horrible, tough and the waitress spilled the sauce all over the plate and didn't offer to get me more, the ribs barely had meat on it andit wasn't juicy and tender! Cut WAAAAY down on the salt! I want to taste my food more than the seasonings. It's hard to enjoy over seasoned food. Good service, though.

Wow I should have read the reviews first. But I had a gift card to use before they went out of business! It took forty-five minutes to get food on a Wednesday night and the place was nowhere near busy. Two of us ordered steaks medium-rare. One came and was nearly raw. Waitress service was crappy. We had rolls but no places. Then no silverware. My meal was nearly done before she asked if I needed a refill on my empty beverage.

Usually love this place. Last experience not so well. Terrible food and not the best service.. maybe just the time we came in but I have never had a bad meal until now.
