There wasn't any wait, seated immediately. My filet steak was not cooked to what I ordered. I ordered medium well and it was almost rare. Server was friendly and professional. I will give it a 2 bc steak was rare.

My family and I visit this location about 4 times a week. No, I don't cook much! The 2 meals for 15.99 is awesome! My son and I love the salmon and broccoli and Brittany is the best waitress! We always ask for her!
Terrible customer service even the manager ! I came to the one on Poplar thanks for the hospitality �

The food was okay when we finally received it but the service was poor and could have been a lot better but we still tipped 15% didn't get silverware until our food came out and we asked for it. The drinks we got at the beginning were only carbonated water and We had to ask for refills and condiments and I was brought my sides after the food came out because he forgot what I wanted. But I expected better and it WAS my second time eating at Logan's but first time at this locations . attitudes and service is not that nice

Went with my family to eat lunch, my sister asked the waitress a simple question about substituting the fries for a salad and if there would be a charge the bartender yells across the restaurant and said of course they'll be a charge nothing is free. That was quite embarrassing and not to mention uncalled for nobody was asking for anything free just ask what the charge would be. Do not recommend going to Logan's on Germantown Road

We had the sweetest waitress. I'm going to have to look up her name on the receipt. My niece and her best friend 4 and 5 were not eating all of their food. She told them she was Santa elf. She pointed to her ears and told them she reports to Santa to make sure all of the kids eat their food. My niece and her friend started eating all of their food and looking for her . I wish we had read the reviews before I went to this location because this is obviously not out of the norm. The food was not great, the waitress got my husbands order wrong and when she brought out the correct side my husband was asked to scrap the wrong side off his plate. Being a former Logan's employee I am shocked. The managers name was Angela and she was very unconcerned that her staff was serving food that was almost inedible. Will never return to this Logan's.
