Again I order a filet and I get a cheap sirlon. Manger came out and that is the way they come. 1 in thick. But the ones in the cabinet are 3 to 4 in thick. Manger told me that he has been doing this for 20 years. Still does not know the different cut of meats. Look in your cabinet there are filets in there so you can see what they look like!!!!!!
Just found out that the Kickin' Chicken Salad is no longer on the 2 for $14.99 dinner menu. Who's short sighted bad idea was this? Feel free to let me know when you fix this.
this was the worst experience for me and my friends , and my friends family this past sunday, the waitress was extremely RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL . The lady just didn't care about giving good customer service, we were extremely nice and patient with them and then the black lady who brought out the food was rude as well and yelling who had this sandwich who had this and that in a rude ghetto manner . If it was possible to five NEGATIVE stars, I would. We sat on a Saturday afternoon, when it was hardly busy, for 30 minutes before we received our food. And the food we got was cold. Our waitress didn't seem to understand half our order and never checked on us. This was the poorest service I have experienced in a long time. Not only do I NOT recommend this place, I will not ever return there myself. $80 down the drain.
Worst experience. Waited over 30 minutes to sit at a table verily big enough for one. Waitress did not listen to what i ordered. Manager could not explain why wait so long when so many empty tables and got placed at the smallest.
