Unfortunately the Logan’s on Brownsboro was a big disappointment. I brought it home, got it to go, which is sad cause I didn’t want to drive all the way back and show them the cup of blood that came with the medium well steak. It was almost impossible to cut into, and when I did sit it between napkins to soak some of the blood out of it, I tried chewing a piece of it. Yuck ! It was like tough chewing gum. Ribs with no sauce, pulled pork sandwich with undercooked bacon and again no sauce, cold crunchy sweet potatoes fries. The place is too hit or miss to take the chance.After calling and telling me they would remake it. He hands me some barbecue sauce after the sandwich and ribs have sat for 30 minutes…. Worst service ever. Will not be back. Go to Texas Roadhouse for better cheaper service

Steaks were poor quality. Mine was cooked correctly, but taste wasn’t that great. My wife’s was over cooked. For $40 for 2 steaks they were pretty bad. Disappointed

Good food and reasonably priced.. best time to eat between 3-6pm est.
Not only was my food wrong once but it was wrong twice. Our server disappeared for a good 20 minutes we sat waiting at the table with wrong food that I had to get up and find someone to make a complaint. My husband waited so his food was then cold. Poor service and they couldn't even compt a $6 margarita let alone a $17 steak. We will never go to this place nor recommend it to our family and friends.
Great service all the way around. we were a party of 8 and got the best service from the time we got there till we left.
