Not impressed at all. Not prepared for our party that we called ahead for. We waited for nearly 45 for them to put together a plan to handle us when we gave them multiple hours notice to be prepared. When we asked for help from the manager, he was clearly overwhelmed and unable to assist. There was a guy I am assuming is the cook came out and tried to help but was very rude and condescending. If you are looking for good customer service and a restaurant that is capable of handling a large party, this is not the place.
Catfish is excellent, huge brownie desert, beverage refills come quickly, other foods are good too! Service was pretty good for the amount of patrons they have. Wait times kill the place though!

At Logan's now. Found plastic in 2 of our 3 salads. Gave the plastic to the sever and she did oh that's from.... and never offered fresh salads or an apology. Never had had bad service here until today.

Great service, good food, kind of slow to get to the table with entre and when it arrived, the steak was well done instead of medium but they fixed it quick and the cook even brought it out! On the con side, the baked potato and veggie portion was too small.
Not impressed today. Waited 40 minutes for our food to come to us after ordering it. We are not even eating during lunch rush. Got fries that were not even warm and looked like they had been sitting. Had to ask for fresh fries. Waiter was good but the rest was not.

It took forever for them to bring the food and there was maybe 6 people in the whole restaurant including me, my mom and daughter. The steak was tough, the shrimp tasted bad, the only thing good was the rolls. I will never be back
