Recommendedgreat food service very nice
i understand that it was a busy night , but our food order was wrong , was missing somethings, food service was extremely slow , but the women at the bar was GREAT !! wish I had cought her name , she did get a missing items I spoke about but the others I didn't bother to speak about , The lady working the bar Friday the 14th was very helpful , nice and friendly , attended to everyone quickly and best she could on a busy night! kudos to her ! but kitchen could use some work
I just got my doordash order and my steak isnt cooked the way I wanted and its missing the horseradish sauce I paid extra for. very disappointed
Very disappointed in the service. We waited for over a 30 mins for service that we never received on a slow night
Very disappointing meal today at the Logan’s roadhouse by the mall. My chicken may as well have come from the hot tray at a gas station, my girlfriend ordered a medium well steak and I’m not sure it would have even passed for rare. Service was alright but once the steak was sent back it was 12 minutes (literally) before it came back, and it was very WELL done. Hated to even pay for the meal. At least the rolls were decent.
Wonderful food and great service!
My husband and i received a gift card for Christmas and used it Saturday evening for take out. The food was horrible, my husband got the sampler and his hot wings didn't even have any sauce. i got the loaded potatoes and there was not a drop of bacon on them,barely any cheese and they were not cooked all way. I had been sick and had to redo our food so it was edible and wasted a gift card on a bunch of garbage food from your establishment!!!
Horrible service and food not up to par. Left very disappointed
