Love this place. But the past 3 times have been full of horrible service and long waits. I'm sitting here now and there's about 4 tables with people at them and our waiter is no where to be found. The business here is getting ridiculous. The food is still good, but I'm starting to wonder if the food is worth it now.

Actually completely aggravated now with Logan's had an absolutely horrible experience posted my thoughts on the page and someone from corporate called with an apology and offered me $30 in gift certificate. He said I would receive it within 10 days and that was over a month ago. May explain why there's a decline in their service. I have been a weekly customer for about 5 yrs and I hate that it has to come to an end.

The server was wonderful. Ordered the new moonshine shrimp. It was described to me as having a kick to it (I like spicy food). Was looking forward to it. When I received it it was deep fried hard shrimp with what taste like BBQ sauce on it. Very disappointed. I also ordered blackened chicken salad. It was good. Ordered coke to drink. Had to keep sending it back because they could not get it fixed. It kept coming to me light brown tasting like water. Finally I just asked for water. My steak was very good but I feel they are a little over priced. Service was good. The rice side dish I ordered was supposed to be "rice pilaf" & there was no way it was. It was terrible. It tasted like someone tried to make Spanish rice that failed miserably.

First time eating at Logan's it was delious, the rolls were so good!! Only thing I didn't like, the bake potatoe was very very small and not enough butter or sour cream on it!! When you pay that much you expect to get a big baked potatoe not a regular potatoe!! The service was excellent!! Steak was really good!! The appetizer fried mushrooms were great!! Hopefully the next time I eat there they will have large baked potatoes!! It was a great birthday dinner with my baby girl!!
