The waiter was super nice. The bartender was good! The only thing that was wrong was my dad's steak was cold when he got it. So we sent it back and when he brought it back it was still cold! Probably won't be going back to this location.
The food was great but the service definitely needs some work. The very first time I went was with a group and we were seated in the room with a bunch of windows and there was no heat and we asked the waitress 4 times to please turn on the heat and she never did, we had a pregnant lady and a child with us. Then I went yesterday and we didn't get things that came with the order. I will come back but I think the service needs to be upgraded!

We was there to celebrate my daughter-in- law birthday. There was no glass. We had to use paper cups. She didn't get a treat for her birthday. Any other place would give a slice of pie or something. I accidentally walk out with the ink pen and the waiter ran me down as I was getting ready to leave in my car to get his ink pen. Don't you all supply ink pens for your waiters .I was charge for stuff that I didn't ask for. I had a bad experience. I will never celebrate another Birthday there again.
Got cold ribs couldn't get drinks refilled last night. Didn't get all of my order and ordered medium rare steak and received well done then didn't get the right steak til the rest of my food was already gone and was about to leave. Texas roadhouse is by far worth the extra few $$s and extra mile or 2 to get there! Never eating Logan's again been this way the last 3 times I've eat Logan's!
