I ordered a filet rare/medium rare, my husband ordered a New York strip medium and my daughter ordered a sirloin medium. All 3 steaks came out well done. Smh... New grill cooks should not be working during dinner time when it's the busiest.

My experience was awful, the food wasn't great and the service was worse. We won't be back!!!

I've ate at this Logans many times before and it's always been very good. But tonight after U.K. Game we stopped in on our way home for dinner. I had a New York Strip my girlfriend a sirloin. Both of our steaks were cooked and seasoned to perfection. A steak cooked and seasoned correctly requires no steak sauce. It would have been a sin to put anything on these steaks. Headache-noisy, slow and disorganized. I regretted so much coming here and will not be back. There are so many choices. After over an hour I didn't have my steak. Drink refill requests took 25 minutes. Salads and sides were forgotten. Note: My steak was comp'd ... I didn't ask for it, manager did it voluntarily. Also this was a Friday night, but the place didn't look that busy and lots of servers were idle or doing busywork.
The food wasn't bad. The waitress tried hard but wasn't no good. I ordered a steak with bacon and blue cheese on it. I got a steak with blue cheese and chipotle sauce on it. Then by the time they fixed it my wife was done eating so I had to eat by myself. My wife asked for some dipping sauce for her sandwich and she finally remembered it when my wife was done.

We had a horrible horrible experience took forever my husband's food was burnt to a crisp the manager even said it looked like s hockey puck just seemed like everything went wrong from the very beginning
