So disappointed. Had a very bad experience and was immediately contacted with information saying they would take care of it, that was almost a month ago. Stinks because my husband and I really like them, however we are done!! They obviously don't care that their customers receive crappy cold food. I was told by the general manager how sorry she was. I never wanted anything in return she insisted and just like the food and service we received not good

My dinner tonight at Logans was horrible I got the ribs they were like rubber and cold our in the price was like they tasted like old grease rolls was not done.

It was awful steak was dry, mashed potatoes were hard and lumpy I’ll never go back!!!

Horribleness experience from the start waited and hour and a half to be seated (after being told it would be 45 min), then we waited an hour to get our food and when it finally got there it was cold , nothing was cooked as asked , all steaks and chicken were rubbery. Party of 15, imagine how big our bill was for the worst food and experience ever . First and last time there
