First made reservations then had to wait over an hour to get seated. As we sat down we had a Very rude waitress. Asked to speak to manager and he was very unprofessional.

we went for a lunch to celebrate a friends birthday when I opened my silver ware it def had not made a trip thru the dishwasher - gave it to the waitress and she said " this silver ware is hand rolled" how could someone miss this and said she gave it to the gen manager. The second set I opened was the same :/, gave it to our waitress and she apologised and said this was also delivered to her GM. Worst service ever been waiting a hour for food and it’s not even busy here

The last time we went to Logan's an employees family member was screaming at her and other customers. It took forever to get the food and by the time it came, we weren't even hungry anymore.
RecommendedOur waitress was kind, efficient (we had 15 people in our group), fast and kept up with service. Food was great.

Food barely warm - Bathroom no toilet paper- let them know when I came in. Went in before I left n still the same. Bathroom very dirty. Wasn’t busy at all either so no excuse
