We just ate there this evening. Sad to say service was not good. The hostess hung the phone up on me when I called to check the wait time. My wife never got her side with her sandwich. The waiter just shrugged his shoulders. I'd like to give them another chance, but it was pretty pitiful. Other customers were having similar issues. Seems like the good workers moved to the other steakhouses.

Food is pretty good but the waitress decided to take it upon herself to keep change as a tip

I love working here. Everyone is like family. Its just great.
Actually I like going here. Usually eat there once a week or once every 2 weeks. Food is usually really good and service is good. Christy always takes great care of us. Will continue to go there.

Seated quickly. Server explained specials. Food arrived in timely manner. Server asked my dad to cut into his steak to make sure it was to his liking. It was perfect. I had mesquite chicken salad and it was very good. Server was checking on us but not being intrusive.

We eat here every time we go to Tupelo and always like it, until tonight. Going in I got told by people leaving don't have high expectations, they waited 20 minutes for a drink. While there we had to ask for everything, food was wrong, and undercooked. We watched 2 people get their own drinks or silverware. My husband didn't even eat his food but so mad he wouldn't complain, we felt bad for waiter. He was very nervous like this wasn't his normal job and he was having a bad night. But I doubt we will go back.
